NATO is changing policies

"What we are seeing now is a new reality, a new normal for european security. Therefore, we have now asked our military commanders to provide an alternative to what we call a reset," he said.
Stoltenberg the head of this organization of more than 30 countries led by America, recently said that he will extend his term as the head of the coalition by a year.
