The master plan for the station has been prepared. 10 thousand crore rupees have to be invested in this.


The central government is moving forward toward the rejuvenation of railway stations. In this, three major railway stations have been focused on under the first phase. Which includes New delhi, ahmedabad, and mumbai railway stations. Railway minister Vaishnav informed that train services will be integrated with buses, auto, and metro rail services at New delhi Railway Station. At the same time, the redesign of the ahmedabad Railway Station is inspired by the sun Temple of Modera. The heritage Building in mumbai will not be touched, but the surrounding buildings will be redeveloped.



Earlier, Union minister Anurag Thakur announced that the Union cabinet has decided to extend the PM Garib kalyan Anna Yojana (PMGKAY) scheme for the next three months. Along with this, the Center has also increased the dearness allowance for central employees by 4 percent. This increase is based on the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission. The latest increase will amount to a dearness allowance of 38 percent for central government employees.
