BJP State President CP Joshi countering chief minister Ashok Gehlot’s statement, said that his statement on
Judiciary, Constitution and central government was an attempt to hide his frustration, his defeat in elections and
the mistakes of his government. The sole purpose is to mislead the public. Such a statement on the judiciary by a
person sitting on a constitutional post shows that he has no faith in the constitution and the judicial system of the
country. Because they have completely failed to handle the law and order of the state.
CP Joshi further said, 'You say that you are tearing apart the Constitution while you are sitting on a constitutional
post and raising questions on the judicial system. The cm talks about not interfering in an institution like the
ACB, while more than 600 cases are pending due to not getting the approval of the chief minister and the accused
are being given the same posting again where they had committed corruption. Members are made in RPSC by
taking crores of rupees, who play with the future of the youth by getting papers leaked. He wants to pat himself on
the back by saying that the economic condition of the state is the best in North India.
'Government working on the policy of appeasement'
CP Joshi further said, 'The chief minister is speaking for the central government to take care of its house before
making the country a world guru. chief minister, take care of Rajasthan. You ruined the state in the entire 4.5
years. You could not manage the arrangements of the state. It would be better if you don’t give such advice. BJP
State President CP Joshi said that the chief minister is talking about construction and renovation of temples to
gain advantage in the elections, whereas this government is working on the basis of appeasement policy.
