It will be sent to the Lieutenant governor for approval through the Social Welfare minister and the Chief Minister. While talking to ABP News, Social Welfare minister in delhi Government, Rajkumar anand said that till now no proposal has come to him regarding this, however, it is his personal wish that this time only a scheduled caste woman should be made the chairperson of delhi women Commission. He said that this will prove to be a very important step towards providing justice to women and their social upliftment, because more than 60 percent of the cases of atrocities against women are related to scheduled caste women.
