Congress mla Aradhana Opposed Mamata's Statement!
congress mla Aradhana Mishra reacted to the statement given by West bengal Chief minister Mamata Banerjee regarding the budget session of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative assembly and the Mahakumbh. Describing the Mahakumbh as a gathering of Sanatan Dharma, the congress mla said that it is not appropriate to question it. Aradhana Mishra said on wednesday that the Mahakumbh is the biggest gathering of Sanatan Dharma. It is linked to the faith and belief of all of us. A tragic incident took place, in which according to government figures, thirty people have died, we all have condolences on this, but it is not right to question such a large gathering.
Describing the Mahakumbh as an event related to religious faith, Aradhana Mishra said that making any negative statement about such gatherings is not only inappropriate, but it hurts the sentiments of the people. Lakhs of people attend such a large gathering, which is associated with Sanatan Dharma, questioning it is not only wrong, but it is going to create instability in the society.
Reacted to the debate on the urdu language
On the budget session of the UP assembly and the heated debate on the urdu language on the first day of the session, Aradhana Mishra said that the reference was related to the provision of five languages to be used inside the assembly. It was not at all a reference or discussion about whether education in schools will be given in English, Hindi, Sanskrit, or Urdu. There was no discussion on this. I think somewhere this whole matter was diverted to another direction under an agenda.
He further said that if it hurts anyone's sentiments, then such language should not be used inside the house and it should be removed. While giving information about the issues to be raised in the house today, he said that we all have put forth our views in our various rules. Kumbh has also been kept as a topic of discussion and as the house will function, our main issues like farmers, youth, unemployment, and inflation, all these issues will be discussed.
