As soon as he started riding the scooter, suddenly his balance deteriorated and he hit a student passing by, after which something was heard between the two and the student has filed a case against the actor.
The complainant student alleges that 'Actor rajpal yadav was riding a scooter and hit the student, due to which he has suffered serious injuries'. Also, the student alleges that 'Rajpal not only hit him with the scooter, but also assaulted him when he protested'. While registering the FIR, the student accused the actor that 'I was buying some books near university Bank Road'.

The student further alleged that 'the shooting of the film was going on there, in which rajpal yadav was riding a scooter. The scooter's registration number was UP 70-E-7097. I saw that the actor was not able to ride the scooter properly and then suddenly he hit my bike. The student further said that 'he should have apologized for this, but instead he started misbehaving with me'.

The complainant student further alleged that 'not only this, when I objected to this, the unit men started assaulting me. Also threatened to kill me. A complaint has also been lodged on behalf of the shooting unit. It was told that some people were obstructing the shooting even after refusing.
