Residents of hyderabad were relieved of the scorching on saturday morning as sudden rain, thunder, and lighting moved through the city. There were heavy downpours in several places, including Saidabad, Kothapet, Nagole, Uppal, Chaitanyapuri, Rajendranagar, Champapet, Himayathnagar, Jubilee Hills, Alwal, and Saroornagar. These areas received much-needed respite from the intense summer heat. On saturday morning, with thunderstorms, the city was comparatively considerably colder than the humid temperatures during and after rainfall.

However, the abrupt change in weather resulted in traffic jams and challenges for morning commuters. Due to the rain, office workers had difficulties with flooded roads and sluggish traffic. There weren't as many people on the roadways because it was a Saturday. Over the following three days, above-average temperatures were anticipated by the indian Meteorological Department - hyderabad, raising the prospect of more intense downpours.
