Jana Nayagan will be Thalapathy Vijay's last film as of right now, following his announcement that he is retiring from film. Like chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan, Vijay declared his intention to get out of the film industry and launched a new political party.

Despite not following their original plans, chiru and Pawan eventually returned to the movie theater.  Mamitha Baiju gave the fans additional optimism as they hope that Vijay's situation will repeat again.

Vijay appeared on screen alongside Mamitha Baiju, the malayalam heroine who rose to popularity with Premalu, in Jana Nayagan.  When she questioned Vijay if this was his final film during the final day of production, he reportedly provided a speculative response that did not put an end to the rumors that he was retiring.

According to reports, Vijay isn't sure if Jana Nayagan will be his final movie and wants to wait until after the general assembly elections in tamil Nadu, which are scheduled for the next two years, to make a choice.  Vijay wishes to devote all of his time to bolstering his party and collaborating with locals to comprehend their challenges.

Despite their political commitments, movie stars who have reached the pinnacle of their careers and enjoy a large market typically find it difficult to leave the industry.  We must wait and see what transpires in Vijay's case over the coming years.

Vijay's final movie, Jana Nayagan, which was directed by H Vinoth, is thought to be a telugu replica of Bhagvanth Kesari.
