Instructions:

Step 1: Fry the Paneer

In a bowl, toss paneer cubes with cornflour, all-cause flour, salt, and pepper. Warmness oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer till golden on all sides. Set aside on a paper towel.



Step 2: put together the Sauce

In the same pan, warmth 1 tbsp oil. Upload chopped garlic and sauté till golden. Upload dried purple chilies, onions, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2–3 mins.
