Tamil Nadu chief minister M.K. Stalin has issued a strong and defiant statement against what he called politically motivated attempts to undermine the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) through the ongoing S.I.R. (Special Intensive Revision) process.
Speaking at a party event, stalin asserted that no external force or hidden conspiracy could ever weaken or destroy the DMK, which is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people of tamil Nadu.

1. “S.I.R. Is a Political Tool, Not an Administrative Process”

Stalin alleged that the so-called S.I.R. exercise was being used as a weapon by the BJP-led Central government to interfere in tamil Nadu’s democratic processes.
He said that such politically charged moves were aimed at destabilizing the ruling DMK government and creating fear and confusion among the people.

“They are trying to use S.I.R. as a means to weaken our movement. But the Dravidian spirit runs too deep in tamil Nadu’s soil for that to ever succeed,” stalin said.

2. “DMK Has Faced Bigger Battles — and Won”

The chief minister reminded his audience that the Dravidian movement had a long history of facing political oppression, censorship, and conspiracies, yet it had always emerged stronger.
He said that attempts like S.I.R. were nothing new, and that the DMK’s resilience would once again prevail.

“Those who underestimate the DMK’s strength do not understand tamil Nadu’s history. We have overcome far greater challenges — and we will overcome this too,” stalin declared.

3. People’s Trust Is Our Shield

Stalin said the DMK’s true power lies not in politics but in the people’s faith.
He pointed out that the government’s continuous focus on welfare schemes, education, women’s empowerment, and healthcare had built an unshakable bond between the party and the people.

“Our government belongs to the people — not to the powerful. As long as the people stand with us, no force can touch us,” he said confidently.

4. A Warning to Political Opponents

Without naming specific parties, stalin accused opposition forces of orchestrating administrative tactics to slow down tamil Nadu’s progress and damage the DMK’s image.
He warned that such efforts would backfire, as the public clearly recognizes the difference between governance for people’s welfare and political vendetta.

“They are free to dream about destroying the DMK — but that dream will remain just that, a dream,” stalin said sharply.

5. “S.I.R. Will Wither in tamil Nadu’s Soil”

In a symbolic statement, stalin said that S.I.R. — like any external political agenda — cannot grow or survive in tamil Nadu because the soil here is rooted in rationalism, equality, and justice.

“This land has nurtured the Dravidian movement for decades. No divisive idea can take root here,” he said, to loud applause from party members.

6. DMK Cadres Told to Stay Vigilant

Addressing his party members, stalin urged DMK cadres to remain alert, active, and connected with the people.
He said that the Dravidian cause must always be defended with truth, unity, and hard work, especially during times of political tension.

“Our movement does not sleep. Our cadres don’t take rest. As long as the people need us, we will be there — in every street, every village, every heart,” he said.

7. Dravidian Model: The shield of tamil Nadu

The chief minister reiterated that tamil Nadu’s Dravidian Model of governance — which emphasizes social justice, equality, and welfare — is the real strength of the state.
He said the success of this model is what worries those trying to destabilize tamil Nadu politically.

“They want to destroy us because we have shown the nation what true inclusive governance looks like,” stalin explained.

8. “Truth Will Always Triumph”

Concluding his speech, stalin expressed absolute confidence that the truth, performance, and people’s support would continue to protect the DMK against false propaganda and external interference.

“Lies may make noise, but truth lasts longer. tamil Nadu knows who stands by them and who stands against them,” he said.

9. A Message of Defiance and Determination

Stalin’s remarks carried a tone of firm resistance and pride, underscoring that tamil Nadu’s political autonomy and Dravidian identity cannot be compromised.

“They may have money, media, and power — but we have the people. And with the people on our side, no S.I.R., no scheme, no conspiracy can destroy us,” he said to roaring applause.

10. Bottom Line

Chief minister M.K. Stalin’s declaration that “S.I.R. will never succeed in tamil Nadu” is more than just a political statement — it is a message of confidence, unity, and defiance.
It signals that the Dravidian movement remains deeply entrenched in tamil Nadu’s culture and consciousness, and that any attempt to weaken it will only strengthen it further.

“They may try to uproot us — but we are the roots,” stalin concluded, summing up his message with characteristic conviction.
