"I was having a conversation with a group of friends about what's next in luxury travel. One of them joked that he could only plan his next trip if good weather was guaranteed. That's how we came up with the 'Rain Resist Bliss' insurance plan," says Andreas Kramer, general manager of the hotel. However, this offer is only available for guests staying in suites. A night's rent for a junior suite at this hotel starts from $633 (roughly Rs.52,000 in indian currency). The presidential suite charges up to $3,349 (roughly Rs. 2.2 lakh in indian currency).There is another condition for availing of this offer. This offer can be availed if it rains for 2 hours in four hours from 8 AM to 7 PM. For example, if it rains continuously between 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM (90 minutes) and 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM (30 minutes), the hotel management has said that a refund voucher will be available. InterContinental singapore Hotel also said that the voucher will be issued within seven working days of the weather data being released by Singapore's National Environment Agency. It also said that the voucher should be used within six months from the date of issue.
