On consecutive occasions, there were eight fatalities and three injuries in a road accident on Dol Jatra in the West bengali district of Howrah.

He claimed that while travelling from Garchumuk to Kulgachia, three motorcyclists crashed with a lamppost at Joyrampur, which is near the Uluberia police station.

Jodhpur
On the day of holi, a collision between two bike users also occurred in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. In this accident, a lady died, and 7 other people were hurt. At seven o'clock on wednesday night, according to the police, prem Das and Vishwamitra were travelling a bike from Shikarpura towards Kankani on the road leading there. A bike carrying six people collided with an oncoming bike at the same moment, where a lady passed away.
