Drink lots of water during the day
Water is the best way to revitalize and lack of sufficient hydration is often at the heart of feeling tired. At the same time, try to reduce the amount of caffeine you consume in a day as it counteracts the benefits of your water intake by dehydrating the body.
Change your eating
habits
Reduce the size of your main meals and adding healthy snacks, such as
nuts, non-fat yogurt, and dried fruit, in between. Eating in this manner will
avoid food comas and maintain energy all day.
Eat a proper
breakfast
Have a healthy bowl of fruits, cereal and milk to start your day with a boost
of nutritious vitamins and minerals. If its eggs and bacon you prefer, that's
great. Just about anything is better than a cup of coffee to start the day.
Exercise
It is highly recommended that you do cardio to strengthen your heart. This will
help to build your stamina and keep you energized for long hours.
