After Justice League, Gal Gadot claims she would never collaborate with Joss Whedon anymore. Just because she is best recognised for her depiction of Wonder Woman in the DC Extended Universe, the Israeli supermodel and performer first garnered international acclaim for her portrayal as Gisele in the Fast & Furious series. In 2016, Gadot made her premiere as Diana prince in Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, accompanied by her self-titled, extremely successful solo debut, Wonder Woman, in 2017.

Snyder recently resigned as filmmaker of Justice League about midway through filming due to some personal tragic situation and an artistic disagreement with Warner Bros. Joss Whedon, the filmmaker of the Avengers, was hired to replace him, and the two directors' opposing perspectives are now widely seen as the main reason for Justice League's downfall, something that the Snyder Cut expanded on. Aside from the movie's performance, Whedon has been charged of aggressive and unacceptable behaviour by a number of performers on the Justice League production.

If Gadot's allegations about Whedon on the production of Justice League are accurate, it's easy to see why she'd never want to collaborate with him ever again. Despite the fact that Whedon has now refuted Gadot's charges and shifted the blame to the Justice League ensemble, his defence is unlikely to be well received. Gal Gadot even refused to cooperate with Flash in a sexualized scenario, which added to the turmoil.
