Prabhas's first big-budget pan-India film In the North indian market, radhe shyam had a slow start at the box office. On its first day in Northern India, the hindi version grossed Rs 4.6 crores nett. For the bollywood industry, prabhas and the creators of radhe shyam gave it their all. The movie was shot entirely in hindi, and some well-known hindi performers were cast. In addition, a hindi album was created specifically for the film. However, according to trade experts, the possibilities aren't good enough.

Radhe Shyam's break-even point is estimated to be approximately Rs 112 crores nett. On its first day, the film earned Rs 4.66 crores nett. For the break-even point, there is still a long way to go. Given Prabhas' pan-India superstar status, hindi box office pundits believe radhe shyam should have opened at Rs 16 crores or, at the very least, Rs 10 crores. According to reports, the slow start is due to poor promotions and a non-commercial theme.

The kashmir Files, on the other side, although having a limited distribution, managed to gross Rs 3.57 crores on its first day. In a few regions, it outperformed radhe shyam in terms of occupancy. On its second day, the anupam kher starting is registering very high occupancy rates, and it is expected to give radhe shyam a boost to the economy throughout the weekends.
