Accordingly prime minister narendra modi will chair a meeting of the Union Council of Ministers on Sunday, probably the last such exercise ahead of the 2024 lok sabha Elections. The meeting will be held at the sushma swaraj Bhawan in the Chanakyapuri diplomatic enclave in Delhi. The prime minister holds meetings of the entire Council of Ministers from time to time to discuss key policy and governance issues. This meeting holds great significance as it comes just a day after the bjp announced its first list of candidates for the general elections. The election commission (EC) is likely to announce the poll schedule in a couple of weeks.

The prime agenda for the Council of Ministers meeting is to formulate a strategy for the upcoming lok sabha elections in the country and to review the performance of the nda government over the past two terms of the narendra modi government.

Reportedly, PM Modi will also seek feedback from the Union ministers regarding the implementations of multiple government welfare schemes and initiatives launched by the nda in the past decade. He will also discuss strategies for the future given the elections.
