Everyone was completely astounded and predicted that this director would become the new generation's Dasari or k raghavendra rao when he produced two blockbuster movies in quick succession, Aadi and Tagore. But nothing like that occurred.
Vinayak frequently receives the mega-call when megastar chiranjeevi is in trouble because of their close closeness. After producing movies like alludu seenu and Akhil, the filmmaker had a difficulty at the time, and megastar called him back to the camp. He proposed to him the tamil Kaththi remake, which also happens to be "Khaidi No150," his comeback film in Tollywood. Later, Vinayak produced a hindi remake of Intelligentt starring sai dharam tej and Chatrapathi, but none of them have garnered much attention, and the hindi version has not yet been released.
According to recent rumours, megastar invited Vinayak back to his camp and promised to work with him to complete the trilogy of remakes. The director may create another tamil adaptation in telugu after Tagore and khaidi No 150. There is now ambiguity on whether it will be Ajith's Viswasam, despite certain claims to the contrary. One can only hope that chiru will include Vinayak in the hit song once more.
