How to renew a passport online?

First, you need to go to the Passport Seva website and click on 'Apply for New Passport/Reissue Passport'. Then select 'Click here to fill application form'. After that, the applicant has to enter all the necessary details including his family and address. After completing this process, you have to enter the old passport details. Finally, check everything and pay the passport renewal fee.
- A fee of Rs.1,500 will be charged to get a ten-year validity passport with additional pages if the new passport or visa printing page (36 pages) runs out.

- New passport or visa printing page (60 pages) for a ten-year validity passport with extra pages if you run out Rs. 2,000 to be paid as fees.

- New passport for children or passport for under 18 years Rs. 1,000 to be paid as fees.
How to get an appointment?

To make an appointment, first visit the Passport Seva website and click on Pay and Schedule Appointment. Then choose a payment method and select Passport Seva Kendra (PSK). Select your required date from the date displayed and select 'Pay and Book Appointment'. Keep in mind that the renewal fee will vary based on your age, passport type, and program chosen.
