In an attempt to deceive the people by not fulfilling the promises made at the time of the election, the All india Anna demanded a 150 per cent hike in property tax and the withdrawal of property tax hike in protest of the anti-people and anarchic rule of the DMK government over the past 11 months that the Hon'ble Mother should suspend the public welfare schemes introduced by her government. The Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam is to hold protest demonstrations in the district capitals on 5.4.2022.
Among the protests to be held on behalf of the League in the interest of the people, the League Coordinator, Deputy leader of the Opposition in the Legislative assembly and former chief minister of tamil Nadu Mr. Oh. Panneer Selvam, in the integrated chennai district, is the co-coordinator of the party, the leader of the Opposition in the assembly and the former chief minister of tamil Nadu. We would like to inform you that Edappadi K. Palanisamy is also in charge of the integrated Trichy district.
