It has now become easier to raise the voice of one’s rights in Gurugram. In fact, earlier the common people used

resolved, anyone can give their complaint there. After this his problem is solved.

Gurugram DC Nishant Kumar Yadav said that the concept of Antyodaya upliftment in a democratic system is

possible only when the person from the last line of the society can express his views by directly communicating

with the chief servant of the government. In this important journey from resolution to accomplishment, citizen’s

satisfaction is the main factor which makes this journey truly complete. In the last nine years in haryana, CM

Window, which has become a symbol of haryana chief minister Manohar Lal's foresight in public service, has

become the main medium of satisfaction for the citizens disappointed with the civil service centers due to

various reasons.

‘CM Window is a strong grievance redressal mechanism’

Nishant Kumar Yadav said that a strong grievance redressal mechanism is the benchmark of any transparent and

effective government. To fulfill these objectives, this service was started by chief minister Manohar Lal on 25

December 2014, on the birthday of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He told that in the past people

did not have any such platform where they could take their problems and solve them. In such a situation, through

this ambitious service portal for redressal of complaints, the common people in every district of haryana are

getting the solution to their problems within the stipulated period.
