Nitish Kumar will take oath as chief minister for the 10th time.


He will resign on monday and may be sworn in again by november 20.


Ministry allocation will follow the old formula of one minister for every six MLAs.


🔹 nda Finalizes cabinet Formation Formula


BJP and JDU have agreed to implement the 1:6 ministerial formula.


Decision confirmed during a late-night meeting attended by:

Union home minister amit Shah

JDU acting national president Sanjay Jha

Union minister Rajiv Ranjan (Lallan Singh)

BJP national president JP Nadda

Smaller allies like LJP(R), HAM, and RLM, despite having fewer than six MLAs, will be represented.


🔹 nda Allies and Leadership Discussions


NDA leadership consulted Chirag Paswan, Jitan ram Manjhi, and upendra Kushwaha on ministerial shares.


The final blueprint of the new government was prepared during a high-level meeting at PM Modi’s residence on Sunday.


Chirag Paswan stated that discussions are ongoing among nda partners.


🔹 Ministry Allocation: Party-wise Breakdown


BJP (89 seats): 15 ministries

JDU (85 seats): 14 ministries

LJP(R) (19 seats): 3 ministries

HAM: 1 ministry

RLM: 1 ministry


BJP will again appoint two Deputy Chief Ministers, possibly one from the women’s community.


🔹 Swearing-In and Next Key Meetings


Final cabinet meeting scheduled for monday morning; resignation to follow.


NDA Legislature party to elect its leader by tuesday or Wednesday.


Swearing-in at gandhi Maidan, Patna; public entry restricted from 17th to 20th November.


Nitish Kumar likely to retain home and General Administration portfolios; Finance to remain with BJP.


🔹 Women’s Representation and Alliance Stability


About seven women ministers expected in the new cabinet.


NDA leaders agree that Nitish’s leadership ensures stability and balance in the alliance.


Chirag Paswan’s support has strengthened the positive environment within JDU and NDA.
