After 'Kaala' and 'Kabali', director Pa.Ranjith has shaped the period sports drama with arya and he named the movie 'Sarpatta Parambarai'. Due to the lockdown, the release of the movie got postponed again and again and now the team has finalized that 'Sarpatta Parambarai' will go the wallet PLATFORM' target='_blank' title='digital-Latest Updates, Photos, Videos are a click away, CLICK NOW'>digital way. director Pa.Ranjith himself has produced it under the Neelam Productions banner along with K9 Studioz. 


'Jagame Thandhiram' fame Sanjana Natarajan, Kalaiarasan are part of this movie too. We also have comedy actors kaali venkat and Santhosh Prathap as part of the supporting cast. The movie speaks on the Boxing culture which existed during the 1980s period time. Huge sets to resemble 80s period of tamil Nadu were built exclusively for this 'Sarpatta Parambarai' movie.


The makers waited so long to release it on the big screen, but it never happened and now they changed all their plans as the second wave completely closed down all movie halls.
