Pooja Hegde, an actress, chose a sentimental item from her old wardrobe. The 'Deva' actress wore a Kanjivaram saree that was 70 years old when she posed. A blouse that matched the border was worn with the green saree that had a lovely blue border.
Hegde chose a
gold necklace with matching earrings and green bangles, creating a look that was reminiscent of Southern beauty. She wore a gajra and had her hair parted in the center, which further enhanced her appearance.

According to Hegde, wearing this saree reminded her of pictures of her grandmother wearing them, the scent of the wet
mangalore dirt following the first rains, and the fresh scent of mallige in the
house before attending a wedding.

"From the vintage closet, a 70 YEAR old stunning saree.. It took me back to the images of my
beautiful Ajji (grandma) in her kanjivarams going about her day, the fresh smell of mallige in the
house before getting ready to go for a wedding and the aromas of the wet
mangalore mud after the first rains…Oh, the
beauty in the simplest things. Through the lens of time.. #retro," Hegde wrote.

In terms of her career, she will next be seen opposite
surya in the
tamil romantic entertainer "Retro." Music aficionados responded overwhelmingly to the movie's "Kanimaa" track. The diva disclosed that a lot of
people on
social media were imitating the "Kanimaa" hookstep.
