Vijay's upcoming movie is tentatively titled 'Thalapathy 65' and it is helmed by doctor filmmaker nelson dilipkumar with pooja hegde as the leading lady. The team started the shooting a couple of months back in georgia and the production house sun Pictures even shared a photo of vijay from the sets of the movie giving us a glimpse of his look.


The day before yesterday, despite the ongoing second wave of COVID, the team erected a huge multiplex complex set in chennai for the second schedule of shooting. But now, a report has confirmed from the team that the second schedule will be delayed due to the COVID crisis and pooja hegde never wanted to fly all the way to chennai as she has just been recovered from the deadly virus. 


The team even confirmed that they have roped in popular mollywood actor Shine tom Chacko to play a key role in the film. An official announcement on the same is, however, still awaited. anirudh will be composing tunes for this movie and the movie will be bankrolled by sun Pictures banner. watch out this space for more updates in this regard.
