Raj (Vikas Vasista), a plastic surgeon, Maya (Ayesha Khan), a childhood sweetheart, and Mahathi (Priya Vadlamani), the lady he marries, are the main characters of Mukhachitram. Even if everything in their lives is going well, two mishaps cause maya to take Mahathi's face. And unexpected developments put raj in jeopardy of being arrested.

The cast of Mukhachitram is quite new. Ayesha Khan, priya Vadlamani, and Vikas Vasista are the main characters in the movie. The supporting character played by chaitanya Rao receives adequate screen time as well. The fact that Vikas Vasista has a good voice is a plus. His performance has a rawness to it. We think he does okay in some areas and stumbles in others, such as the emotional scene during the intermission. There is much room for improvement, and hopefully moving forward he will take care of it.

Again, priya vadlamani gives a mixed bag performance despite having a character with a lot of substance. She suffered on numerous significant occasions, and some people might not like the way she appears. Nevertheless, she had a couple successful moments in the second half. In the job that is presented to her, Ayesha Khan does okay and has decent looks.

Chaitanya Rao does okay in his role as a supporting actor. There are cameo appearances by Vishwak Sen and Ravishankar. ravishankar performs as a senior lawyer should in this situation. It is disappointing in Vishwak's case that his brilliance is squandered on such a poorly written character. He performed admirably in the final stretch, but for the majority of the time, he appeared uninterested and unenthusiastic.

When it comes to the technical areas, Kala Bhairava shines out. The tunes fit in well with the narrative flow. Parts of the background music were incredibly effective, particularly in the second half. As was previously stated, sandeep Raj's writing is disappointing. After that, the new director Gangadhar could not really add anything. Sreenivas Bejugam's camera work is adequate and in line with the allocated budget for the movie. Despite having a short running time, the film occasionally requires patience.
