The State government is supporting several ambitious initiatives, which will result in a significant boom for Sircilla's garment industry and related industries. The most notable of them is an apparel manufacturing facility being built by Bengaluru-based Texport, a manufacturer of ready-made clothing, which is close to completion with 60% of the work already done.
On february 25, 2022, in the presence of KT Rama Rao, minister of information technology and industries, the telangana government and Texport industries signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU). As a result, the government granted the firm 7.42 acres of property at Peddur Apparel Park, which is located outside of sircilla town. The facility has a built-up size of 1.77 lakh square feet.
According to the agreement, the State government is in charge of creating the required infrastructure, including building work sheds and offering power, water, and other services. Texport will install its own equipment to start production. As a result, the State has invested Rs. 64 crore in infrastructure development. According to reports, 60 to 70 percent of the work has already been finished, and the unit should be ready by the end of June.

In the beginning, the business will set up 800 machines and hire 1,600 people. This capacity will increase to 1,000 machines over the following three years, resulting in the employment of about 2,000 workers. The sircilla division of Texport will concentrate on producing undergarments and t-shirts.
