He said the budget was drafted since the war between russia and ukraine would have an impact on the state's economy. He said the budget was based on the advancement of women and youth.



He said the central government is formulating a policy for this. He also said that Rs 50 crore would be allocated for the "I am the first" project launched to develop the individuality of the students.



It is noteworthy that the PDR, in its budget speech, has promised that action will be taken by students returning from ukraine due to the war while urging the Central and State Governments to take action to ensure that half of the students who have dropped out of the country continue their education at home or abroad.
