Emperor Akbar while strolling with Birbal saw a dog who was trying to chew a dry burnt black roti.
Seeing the dog, Akbar commented, “Poor dig is eating Kali in Hindi stands for the block one.
Birbal ’s mother’ s name was Kali. Birbal understood Akbar was making fun of him .
