At sunday night's NDTV True legend awards ceremony, actor ram charan earned appreciation for his efforts and contributions to the entertainment business. ram Charan's father, veteran actor chiranjeevi Konidela, praised him on twitter just after his spectacular victory on NDTV's True Legend. "Gratitude to you and pride for receiving the True legend - Future of Young india Award from NDTV, Nanna Bravo! Way to go, ram charan - Appa and Amma, my dear! "Tweets from chiranjeevi Konidela.


Ram Charan also revealed a funny anecdote about how his father had watched the narration of the 2009 movie magadheera while he was there. director SS rajamouli believed it was important to make it clear that the movie was intended for ram charan because chiranjeevi Konidela was so ecstatic and absorbed. "Sir, not you, your kid," Mr. rajamouli remarked. The audience laughed as this incident was told. Alongside Jr. NTR, ram charan starred in the blockbuster film RRR. 

The movie was concurrently released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and malayalam all across the world. It has been nominated in several categories for the Oscars the following year. The rrr juggernaut continues with two consecutive wins for star ram charan and director SS Rajamouli. According to Variety, rajamouli took home the top honour of Best director at the New York Film Critics Circle Awards.
