Assembly Speaker rahul Narvekar will have to work overtime in the shiv sena mla disqualification case.
There is a challenge to present one’s point before the President in the winter session (Maharashtra Winter
Session). They will have to hold the hearing in the evening as the session will continue throughout the day. The
winter session will be held in nagpur from 7th to 20th December. Since the proceedings of the winter session
will be held in the morning session, the mla disqualification case can be heard between 4 pm and 7 pm.
Supreme court has given deadline
According to a news published in ABP Majha, the supreme court has directed the assembly Speaker to take the
final decision by 31 December. Therefore, rahul Narvekar will have to work hard at the end of the hearing in
this case. After completion of all the testimony, the decision is likely to take 20-25 days. Therefore, the Speaker
of the assembly can request the supreme court to extend the time. At present, Shinde Group lawyers have time
till tomorrow to take their counter evidence. From december 1 to 11, lawyers of the thackeray group will testify
in opposition.
Cross-examination of Shinde group MLAs
MLA sunil Prabhu and office secretary Vijay Joshi will be cross-examined tomorrow. Five MLAs and one MP
of Shinde group will give counter testimony. Counter testimony of mla Bharatsheth Gogwale, Deepak
Kesarkar, uday Samant, yogesh Kadam, dilip Lande and mp rahul Shewale will be recorded.
Cross-examination of sunil Prabhu
The cross-examination of thackeray faction mla and Pratod sunil Prabhu is going on. Eknath Shinde's party
Shiv Sena's lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani is raising questions on sunil Prabhu. Prabhu was asked about the
resolution of june 21, 2022. Shinde group's lawyer Jethmalani claimed that the june 21 proposal was never
prepared. This claim was rejected by sunil Prabhu.
