CM Eknath Shinde's bag checked in Nashik amid elections?

Maharashtra cm Eknath Shinde is on Nashik tour today. When chief minister Eknath Shinde's helicopter landed at the city's Nilgiri helipad today, the police automatically checked both his bags. Apart from clothes, medicines and essential items, nothing was found in this bag.

Sanjay Raut had made these allegations

A few days ago, shiv sena (UBT) mp Sanjay Raut had alleged that maharashtra chief minister Eknath Shinde had taken bags full of cash to Nashik in a helicopter. Shinde led shiv sena has rejected this claim. However, shiv sena MLA and spokesperson Sanjay Shirsat rejected the claim and asked whether he should reveal how many bags filled with cash were delivered to Matoshree-Uddhav Thackeray's residence.

Sanjay Raut posted a video on 'X', in which Shinde is getting down from the helicopter and some people are carrying big bags around him. "If they claim people's support, why do they need money to woo voters," Raut said.

Lok Sabha elections in Nashik will be held in the fifth phase on May 20. From this seat, Eknath Shinde has made hemant Tukaram Godse the candidate from Shiv Sena. Godse is contesting from uddhav group's candidate Rajabhau Waje.
