The opposition is constantly asking questions to the government about the ceasefire with pakistan during Operation Sindoor. Meanwhile, Foreign minister S. jaishankar has answered this question, why did india cease fire with Pakistan? Explaining the real reasons for the ceasefire on May 10, he said, we attacked 8 main air bases of Pakistan and that is why the fight stopped.

During an interview with American news website Politico, jaishankar said, "The fight stopped on the 10th due to only one reason, that is, we hit these 8 Pakistani, main 8 Pakistani airfields on the morning of the 10th and disabled them. And don't believe me, these pictures are available on Google. You can see the runways and hangars that have been attacked."

S. jaishankar warned Pakistan

Jaishankar gave a strong and clear message about the country's commitment to combat terrorism. He warned pakistan, "We don't care where they are. If they are deep inside pakistan, we will go deep inside Pakistan."

During his visit to Brussels, he said, "This (Pakistan) is a country that is very immersed in using terrorism as an instrument of state policy. That is the whole issue." When asked if the conditions still exist that brought the two countries to the brink of war, he said, "If you call commitment to terrorism a source of tension, then it definitely is."

What did jaishankar say on the report of damage to indian aircraft?

Regarding the ceasefire as well as reports of indian jets being damaged in the military attack, jaishankar said, "As far as I am concerned, how effective was the Rafale or frankly how effective were the other systems, for me the proof is the destroyed and disabled airfields on the Pakistani side."
