delhi cm Arvind Kejriwal's troubles seem to be increasing. In fact, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has moved court against arvind kejriwal for not appearing despite repeated summons. ED told PMLA court that kejriwal is not appearing even after being given summons. He is a public servant. The court will now hear this matter on february 7. It is being told that ED has filed a complaint against cm kejriwal under section 174 of IPC. In which it is clearly stated that the complaint is being filed again due to the appearance under Section 50 of PMLA. Let us tell you that summons have been sent to arvind kejriwal five times since november 2023 in the excise policy matter. He was last summoned on january 31 and was asked to appear for questioning on february 2, but he did not respond to that either.

Summons sent 5 times since November

The first summons in the liquor scam case was sent to cm kejriwal on 2 november 2023. Due to his non-appearance, summons were issued again on 21st december but even on this no reply was given by the delhi CM. A third summons was sent on january 3 and a fourth summons was sent on january 13. kejriwal did not join the ED's interrogation, calling every summons illegal and politically motivated.
