Out of 119 winning applicants in telangana get-together races, 82 have announced criminal arguments against themselves, according to the Relationship for Vote-based Changes (ADR) and telangana Political Decision watch report delivered on Wednesday.

“Of the 119 winning candidates analyzed in 2023, 82, or 69%, have filed criminal charges against themselves. Out of 119 MLAs examined during telangana together races in 2018, 73(61 percent) MLAs had announced criminal bodies of evidence against themselves," the report read.

It stated that one of the winning candidates had declared a case about murder (IPC Section 302), that seven of the winning candidates had declared cases about attempts to murder (IPC Section 307), and that two of the winning candidates had declared cases on crimes committed against women.

According to the report, eighty percent (51 out of 64 INC winners) have criminal records; 19 (49%), out of the 39 BRS candidates who were selected; 7 (88 percent) of the BJP's 8 winning candidates; 1(100 percent) victor competitor from CPI; what's more, 4 (57 percent) out of 7 All india Majlis-E-Ittehadul winning applicants have proclaimed criminal arguments against themselves in their affirmations.

"INC's 31 (48 percent) out of 64 winning applicants have serious lawbreaker cases; 17 (44 percent) out of 39 winning up-and-comers from BRS; 7 (88 percent) out of 8 winning competitors from bjp, 1 (100 percent) victor applicant from cpi and 3 (43 percent) out of 7 All india Majlis-E-Ittehadul winning applicants have pronounced serious crook arguments against themselves in their affirmations," it said.

The report additionally expressed out of the 119 winning up-and-comers broke down, 114 (96 percent) are crorepatis.

"Out of 119 MLAs examined during telangana gathering races 2018, 106 (89 percent) MLAs were crorepatis," the report said.

It additionally said that 60 (94 percent) out of 64 from INC, 38(97 percent) out of 39 from BRS, 8 (100 percent) out of 8 from bjp, 1 (100 percent) from cpi and seven out of seven AIMIM winning competitors have pronounced resources worth more than Rs. one crore.

It said that five winning up-and-comers are recognition holders and two winning competitors are proficient.

According to the research, the average asset of re-elected MLAs in 2018 was Rs 14.20 crore, and the average asset of re-elected MLAs in 2023 is Rs 24.21 crore. The average assets of re-elected MLAs have increased by Rs 10.01 crores, or 71%.
