Thirumavalavan mp has filed a petition in the madras high court to withdraw the order granting permission for the RSS march and rally. In this regard, he has mentioned in the petition that permission has been given for the march of the RSS organization without considering its earlier activities.

Thirumavalavan has also mentioned in the petition that on october 2nd, a social harmony procession will be held across tamil Nadu on behalf of the VC. He also mentioned that RSS is planning to create law and order problem without following the court conditions.
In the context of recent incidents of bjp district leaders hurling bombs in front of their houses for publicity purposes, granting permission to the RSS parade would pose a danger to public movement. Therefore, the petition has demanded that the police should be restrained from granting permission to the RSS procession and that the order issued to grant permission should be withdrawn.
