The government of pakistan has promoted army Chief General Asim Munir. Asim Munir has become the second Field Marshal of Pakistan. This is the second time in the history of Pakistan that an army Chief has been made a Field Marshal. pakistan has taken this decision right after India's Operation Sindoor, but this is a bad sign for it. As soon as Munir is promoted, the question is being raised whether he is moving towards military dictatorship?

Mohammad ayub khan became the first Field Marshal of Pakistan. In 1959, the then Pakistan President Iskandar mirza was disappointed due to instability. Seeing the condition of the country, he invited army Chief ayub khan to impose martial law, but his decision proved to be a big mistake in Pakistan's history.

When military dictatorship increased in pakistan because of Ayub Khan

The period from 1947 to 1958 proved to be a nightmare for Pakistan. During this period, the country saw seven Prime Ministers, but none could complete their term. Meanwhile, military dictatorship started in Pakistan. The then President of pakistan, mirza, thought that after the imposition of martial law, the situation would improve and ayub khan would remain loyal to him, but this did not happen. Ayub showed mirza the way out just 20 days after taking charge. He himself became the President. To become even stronger, Ayub promoted himself in 1959 and became Field Marshal.

Signs of coup in Pakistan

On May 20, the cabinet of pakistan Prime minister Shahbaz Sharif approved the appointment of a new Field Marshal. For the second time in the history of pakistan, someone will hold the post of Field Marshal. With Asim Munir taking this post, the first sign of military dictatorship in pakistan has been received. If Asim takes control of the government, the situation in pakistan can worsen again.

Asim Munir is a person of very aggressive thinking. Its effect was also seen during his tenure. pakistan had to face humiliation during India's Operation Sindoor. india had launched an operation against terrorism, but the Pakistani army also jumped into it. It suffered a lot of losses due to India's retaliatory action.
