Your actions are despicable! The high court that roasted the OPS!

High court Judge Krishnan Ramasamy, who heard the cases filed by O. Panneerselvam as party coordinator and general committee member vairamuthu to ban the AIADMK general committee held on the 11th of last month, said that since the court cannot interfere in internal party affairs, the general meeting can be conducted according to law. He dismissed the petitions saying that if the rules are violated, they can approach the court.

The supreme court heard the appeal filed by O. Panneerselvam against this order and ordered a single judge to hear the case related to the AIADMK General Committee itself and to complete the hearing within 2 weeks. Meanwhile, Vairamuthu's side has written a letter to supreme court Chief Justice Munishwar Nath bhandari requesting that the cases be transferred to another judge.

According to the supreme court order, the case came up for hearing in the high court before Justice Krishnan Ramasamy. At that time, the OPS informed that the hearing should be adjourned to monday and that they have written a letter to the Chief Justice regarding this case.

The judge asked the OPS lawyer what kind of letter you have given. To that, in the order issued on July 11, the OPS lawyer said that he had made comments against OPS that were not related to the case, so he requested the Chief Justice of the supreme court to transfer the case to another judge.

Judge Krishnan Ramasamy, who was shocked to hear this, said, “Your comment is disturbing and degrading to the court. Don't engage in any act of subverting the administration of justice. If you are not satisfied with my opinion regarding this case, you may approach me for correction.

If not satisfied with the order there is an appeal. "When there is an opportunity to appeal against it, it is low to demand the transfer of the judge," he condemned the OPS party. The hearing has been adjourned for tomorrow
