Shahid, Vijay Sethupathi's 1st look poster!!!
Two of the best actors in indian cinema, vijay sethupathi and shahid Kapoor, will be making their online debuts in the crime drama Farzi. Raj & DK, the minds behind the family man on the same streaming giant, are the creators of the amazon Prime Video india original.
Shahid and Vijay revealed the first-look posters for the programme on their social media accounts on Thursday, january 5. The posters' release date, february 10, is also mentioned there. Raashii Khanna, Kay Kay Menon, Amol Palekar, Regina Cassandra, Zakir Hussain, Kubbra Sait, and bhuvan Arora all have significant roles in the programme in addition to shahid and Vijay.
Farzi, an eight-episode criminal drama with the directors' signature humour, is a fast-paced, edgy, unique crime thriller that revolves around a cunning street artist's attempt to game the system that rewards the wealthy. What follows is a nail-biting cat-and-mouse chase between him and the police in which giving up is not an option.
When discussing Farzi, raj and DK remarked, "It's one of our favourite screenplays, one that we worked very hard to write and shot through the pandemic's highs and lows. In essence, a lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into creating this series. We set a task for ourselves to create yet another fascinating, distinct world after The Family Man."
