Reports suggest that china is set to provide 40 Shenyang J-35 fifth-generation stealth fighter jets to Pakistan. Who benefits from this going to Pakistan? Let's take a detailed look at what problems this will cause us. When there was a conflict between india and pakistan last month, our air Force brought pakistan to a standstill. But now reports suggest that china is set to provide 40 Shenyang J-35 fifth-generation stealth fighter jets to Pakistan. If pakistan successfully inducts J-35 aircraft into its force. pakistan will also join the list of a few countries that have stealth technology. Currently, our country does not have any stealth fighter jets in the indian air Force.
Even if india develops a medium combat aircraft (AMCA) with stealth technology domestically, it will take at least 10 years for it to pass all the tests and join the air Force. It has been officially announced that these AMCA aircraft will be inducted into the indian air Force by 2035. Some senior indian air Force personnel shared some important comments with a popular english media outlet in this regard. In this regard, former indian air Force fighter pilot and defense analyst Group Captain ajay Ahlawat said, "It is confirmed that Pakistani pilots will be trained in China. It is not surprising that pakistan will get these aircraft because its team of fighter pilots has been in china for more than six months. They will be inducted into the air Force only after they have been trained to operate the aircraft. At the same time, it has been reported that china has given pakistan slightly less capable FC-31 aircraft instead of J-35."

China has introduced the aircraft domestically under the name J-35. It exports the same aircraft under the name FC-31 with reduced capabilities. china is now acquiring these low-capacity aircraft. Captain ajay added, “It is not surprising that Chinese aircraft are going to Pakistan. But the fact that these aircraft are being delivered to pakistan ahead of schedule is surprising.” Till now, the indian air Force has been stronger than pakistan in all its capabilities. That too, if there is a two-way conflict, the indian air Force will have complete dominance. The arrival of these J-35 aircraft risks reducing that dominance.

Commenting on this, Captain ajay said, “This is really worrying news. Since independence, our air force has been one step ahead of Pakistan. If pakistan gets the J-35, it will be a worry for us. Now, if we want a jet with stealth technology, we have only two options: the F-35 and the Su-57.” There is no doubt that the F-35 is the American fighter jet and one of the best fighter jets in the world. But, in the current environment, even if negotiations start, it will take a long time to complete. Next is Russia's Su-57. Since we already have many Russian technologies and weapons, the Su-57 is a good choice. But, the negotiations are not finalized even for that.

Talking about other options, Captain ajay said, "The AMCA, which is manufactured domestically, is a good solution. But the problem is that it may take up to 10 years. This project should be prioritized nationally and brought forward as soon as possible." AMCA is a twin-engine stealth fighter aircraft project being developed by the Aeronautical Development Agency in collaboration with the air Force and Navy. It is still in its early stages. Its prototype will be launched only in 2028-29. It may even take 2035 to become operational. But by then, china will have lost the stealth aircraft, so we need a backup plan.
