Electric buses that are ultra-luxury, premium, and express will soon be available for long-distance travel. In addition to the ten electric air-conditioned buses that are already operating on the vijayawada route, the telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has made the decision to offer express, deluxe, and super luxury electric buses for passenger usage on other routes.

The business intends to start using some of the 1,860 electric buses it has already bought by December. As part of it, on Wednesday, TSRTC Managing director VC Sajjanar examined the brand-new electric buses that JBM Group is producing in Palwal, Haryana. He examined the two proto (model) buses that TSRTC had been given, as well as the electric buses that were being built at different phases. Sajjanar requested that the company's officials finish manufacturing the buses as soon as possible.

"TSRTC will get 500 electric buses from JBM Group over a period of time. In December, a few electric buses will be accessible. Modern facilities will be installed on these buses by the company without sacrificing passenger comfort, according to Sajjanar. In addition to having the ability to count people, these buses also had CCTV cameras fitted for security reasons. In addition to having a reverse parking assistance camera and LED displays with destination information, these buses will also have a fire Detection Suppression System (FDSS) fitted to avoid fire accidents.
