What is the Indus Water Treaty?

Under this, rules were set for the use of water from six rivers Beas, ravi, Sutlej, Indus, Chenab and Jhelum. Under this agreement, pakistan gets all the water from the three western rivers Chenab, Jhelum and Indus. On the other hand, India gets water from Sutlej, Beas and ravi rivers.
