It is not a problem for a person to not have three full meals a day, but.. it is said that a person should have a full night's sleep! At least six to eight hours of sleep is said to be the most essential process for human health! A recent study has made shocking warnings about the consequences of not sleeping properly for at least three nights during this period. Yes... many people do not sleep properly at night. However, it is very dangerous, says the latest study. To this extent, a new study conducted by researchers at Uppsala university in sweden found that sleeping less than four hours a night for three consecutive nights increases the risk of heart disease.
16 healthy young people participated in a laboratory environment for this research. During their stay, many precautions were taken regarding their meals and other activities to ensure accurate results. During this time, 16 young people participating in this research were divided into two groups. In one group, their daily routine was allocated three nights of normal sleep (8.5 hours), and in the other group, three nights of reduced sleep (4.25 hours). After sleep, they completed a cycling exercise. During this time, their blood was tested before and after exercise! This study has shown that sleep deprivation increases heart disease-related problems in young and healthy adults! Not sleeping properly for at least three nights. The body's response to exercise, which usually increases healthy proteins, is weak. This study also shows that protein levels vary depending on the time of day. When sleep is restricted (when you sleep for less time), there are more variations. This highlights the significant impact of sleep on heart disease! The study focused primarily on inflammatory proteins in the blood.
