A startup in chennai celebrated its tenth anniversary with a touching gesture.  Twenty-five workers of the start-up Agilisium received hyundai Creta SUVs as gifts.

Established in 2014, the Chennai-based business focuses on life sciences and innovation. Twenty-five of its employees who have worked for the company since its founding have received the cars as gifts. Because their employees have worked so hard to create the company, they made this anniversary extra memorable for them.

The 10th-anniversary celebration
The celebration in chennai was attended by the staff members and their families.  The event at the World Trade Center drew more than 500 attendees.  Everyone was startled to see white automobiles worth Rs 13 lakhs show up at the celebration one after the other.  The names of the personnel were also listed on hyundai Creta's RC documents. Everyone was thrilled about this.

Raj Babu, the founder and CEO of Agilisium, thanked the staff for their dedication and stated, "Thank you for believing in me." "The journey would not have been complete if I had not been with you," he added.  My greatest strength is your faith in me.  No leader can take any action in such a scenario if there are no supporters.  These vehicles represent trust and the attitude of creating something significant together rather than serving as a reward.

Agilisium's gifts to its employees
Twenty-five employees received performance-based pay increases in addition to hyundai Creta SUVs.  This occurs at the same time when other businesses are cutting staff and implementing cross-cuttings.  "We have always thought that our people are our greatest strength," Babu stated.  We therefore believed it was appropriate to invest in our talent at a time when the industry was taking a cautious approach.
