Actress Sindhu, known for her role in the movie "Angadi Theru," has been absent from the cinema scene for some time due to her battle with breast cancer since 2020. Recently, she opened up about her current condition in an interview with a media outlet.
During the interview, Sindhu, who is bravely fighting cancer, shared that she asks god for only one thing every day-either to grant her peace or to take her life.
Reflecting on her journey, sindhu expressed surprise at the lack of a cure for cancer. Initially, she ignored a small lump on her breast, thinking it was insignificant. However, it later turned out to be breast cancer, leading to treatments that caused the tumour to spread and intensified her pain. As part of her battle, sindhu had to undergo a medical examination, which resulted in the removal of her breast. Despite her past success in cinema, sindhu is struggling financially to afford medicine. The cost of pills for just ten days amounts to 6,500 rupees. Her daughter and brother are currently supporting her, while she reveals that she had previously given away all her earnings to help others. In her quest for assistance, sindhu has reached out to Actor and tamil Film Producers Council President vishal for support.
