Many people earn money. Few create wealth. Very few tell how to earn money. Very few donate what they earn. There is only one person who has these four characteristics. He is Warren Buffett. Not only is he a famous investor but he is also a great philanthropist. The world has seen many rich people. But Buffett is more special than all of them. Buffett recently proved that he has no money. He donated shares worth Rs. 50 thousand crores at once. He donated shares worth $ 6 billion. Of this amount, Rs. 50 thousand crores. This will go to the Gates Foundation, founded by another tycoon, microsoft founder Bill Gates, and charitable organizations run by Buffett's family members. However, although Buffett has made many donations in the past, he has never given such an amount at once.
With the latest donation, Buffett's donation to charitable organizations from his wealth has crossed $ 60 billion. In rupees, it is over Rs. 5 lakh crore. Buffett donated $ 5.3 billion in june itself and $ 1.14 billion in november last year. That means he gave thousands of crores in just 8 months. After the donations, Buffett's net worth is $152 billion. He is the sixth richest person in the world. However, it is noteworthy that this too has fallen one place after a donation of $6 billion. Buffett is currently 94 years old. He started donating from his earnings exactly 20 years ago. Last year, he unexpectedly changed his will. He made 99.5 percent of his subsequent wealth go to a trust. Buffett's children Susie (71), Howard (70), and Peter (67) will be responsible for this. Moreover, the wealth must be distributed within ten years. These decisions must be made together by the three children. However, donations to the Gates Foundation will stop with Buffett's death.

Exactly 60 years ago, Buffett founded Berkshire Hathaway, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, USA, as a 34-year-old. He has built a $1.05 trillion company. He operates 200 businesses. He has also invested in famous companies like apple and American Express stocks. Buffett owns a 13.8 percent stake in Berkshire Hathaway, despite making huge donations. Buffett has said he will never sell these shares.
