She has expressed her views in the video as, "Digital meetings of ministers and leaders will save money as well as the time spent in lodging and commuting in hotels." This money can be used for the right cause.

Annapurna also questioned the method of selection of ministers in the cabinet, she said that the basis of selection of cabinet minister should be the knowledge of the department. annapurna believes that the person holding the post of the minister should have complete information about his department. Just as the education minister should be better educated, the health minister should be from the medical profession. She asked that if a person does not have qualifications related to the department and has no background then how will he handle the department?

According to the news, Annapurna's father is a farmer and her mother is a housewife. The UNESCO team that selected her has shortlisted Annapurna's name on the basis of her views on education and indian politics.
