Samantha Akkineni is a clear professional who wishes to complete all her projects on time and she doesn't want to have the clash of dates between her projects and she is very keen on that. So she signs movies only after completing and wrapping up the projects. After the recent stupendous success of the 'Family Man' series recent season, samantha is now focusing on the period epic drama 'Shakuntalam' under Gunasekar's direction. 


We already made lots of updates regarding the project and now just like the other shootings, this was also stopped in the middle due to the second wave crisis situation. Now, we hear from a little birdie that the main cast and crew members including director Gunasekhar have been vaccinated completely and they are all set to restart shooting works of 'Shakuntalam'. 


We all know how much can dil raju is capable to expand the budget and the team of 'Shakuntalam' is keen to enlarge the visuals for the audience. Dev Mohan will be portraying the role of king Dushyantha in this epic period flick and already the team denied reports of history being conveyed in a bad and altered manner. Now, the restart of shooting will begin by next month of July itself.
