Devendra fadnavis had ordered an SIT investigation during the last winter session. And now a SIT is being
formed which will investigate this matter.
What is the matter?
The Eknath Shinde-led maharashtra government has now decided to initiate an investigation against Aditya
Thackeray, which may increase trouble for shiv sena (UBT) leader Aditya Thackeray. Salian (28), the former
manager of late actor sushant singh Rajput, had allegedly committed suicide by jumping from a high-rise building
in Mumbai's Malad area on june 8, 2020, a few days before Rajput's alleged suicide.
This issue has been raised many times in the House
BJP leaders had demanded an investigation into Salian's death. maharashtra Deputy cm devendra fadnavis had
once said in the house, “The matter is already with the mumbai Police. Those who have evidence can present it. It
will be investigated by SIT. Ruling coalition MLAs had demanded formation of SIT to investigate Salian's death.
This matter was first raised in the house by Bharat Gogavale, mla of shiv sena faction led by Chief Minister
Eknath Shinde and bjp mla Nitish Rane also joined him. Till now, there has been no reaction from Aditya
Thackeray on the SIT investigation.
