The line has been cleared for Sanjay, who is ready to go on a padayatra as part of the Praja Sangrama Yatra. In contrast to the idea that the next padayatra to be undertaken by him will be stopped in the face of objections from the police, the telangana high court has recently decided by issuing permits.  However, some restrictions have been set for this. It is heard from the bjp leaders that the telangana government, which tried to stop their fair march, faced a setback in the High Court.

It is known that telangana state bjp president Bandi Sanjay, who is doing padayatra in stages, is getting ready to take up his fifth padayatra. It is known that the police objected that there would be peace and order problems if the cart procession was carried out. In this context, a lunch motion petition was filed in the high court today (Monday). There was a big argument between the two sides on this.

The high court said that the padayatra should be celebrated from outside without going inside the town of Bainsa, and there were many restrictions on it. The court said that the public meeting cannot be held in Bainsa town. It was clarified that the meeting should be held at a distance of three kilometres from Bains. Moreover. It has been stated that one should not go into Bainsa as part of the padayatra. As part of the trial, BJP's lawyer Ramchander Rao stated his arguments and said that the padayatra will not go to Bainsa.
