As per report a code of conduct has been imposed for the assembly elections in rajasthan and now the Election
Commission is also issuing notices to the candidates for violation. The election commission has sent notices
to congress and bjp candidates from Sanchore assembly seat on violation of the code of conduct. The
returning officer has issued notice to congress party's candidate from Sanchore, Sukhram Bishnoi and BJP's
Devji patel for violating the code of conduct even before the nomination process. Besides, written
clarification has also been sought from both the candidates.
Actually, the election commission has issued a notice to congress candidate Sukhram Bishnoi on charges
of violating the Model Code of Conduct. It has been told that congress candidate Sukhram Bishnoi
distributed money to three women during public relations, after which this notice was issued. According to
the notice, minister of State Sukhram Bishnoi said that money was given to three women of Sultana village,
which falls under the category of violation of Model Code of Conduct under Section 171 of the IPC and the
Representation of the people Act 1951. Also, in the notice issued by the election commission, clarification
has been sought in the next two days.

The election commission has issued a notice to bjp mp Devji patel for appealing for voting and support
during a meeting at a temple in Borvi village. It has been told in the notice that bjp leader Devji patel has
appealed for support and voting during the general meeting at Ashapura Mata temple located in Borvi
village, which falls in the category of promoting the religious place as an election platform. . In this regard,
if violation of code of conduct is found, this notice has been issued and clarification has also been sought
within two days.
